Exceeding Patient Expectations Award

The prestigious Exceeding Patient Expectations Award for 2010 was awarded last year to Alliance by Avatar International, an industry leader in healthcare quality improvement services.

In addition to its 2010 achievement, Alliance earned the same award in 2007, 2008 and 2009. Only 5 percent of healthcare organizations surveyed by Avatar have received this award four years in a row.

The Exceeding Patient Expectations Award is based on scores from anonymous surveys given to patients after their visit. Specific factors evaluated for the award include quality, reliability and personalization of care.
