Alliance Unveils New Brand Identity and Launches New Website

Based on input from customers and team members, Alliance has created a new brand identity to reflect the passion and spirit that makes Alliance Healthcare Services so unique. The new branding introduces a redesigned logo, distinctive graphics, a bold color palette and a new company tagline, Essential solutions. Exceptional care. According to Larry Buckelew, Chairman of the Board and Interim CEO, “The new branding is intended to readily communicate Alliance’s value proposition of providing essential services to its healthcare partners, while delivering a world-class care experience to their patients.”

To introduce the new branding, Alliance is launching an all-new website on Monday, March 18, 2013 designed to make it easier for all of the Company’s stakeholders to access vital, current information about Alliance. Both the Imaging and Oncology divisions feature robust content focusing on the unique advantages they bring to their hospital partners, physicians who use their services and patients seeking information about their treatment.

The Corporate site has in-depth financial information of interest to investors and features career opportunities available to professionals interested in joining the Alliance team. Howard Aihara, CFO states, “The new site gives us the ability to provide detailed performance metrics and timely financial updates to institutional investors, fund managers and other members of the financial community who are following the Company.” The new site also links to dedicated Alliance Team Member and Customer Resource Center sites.
