This innovative customer solution, which places a robust set of marketing tools and resources at customers’ fingertips, reflects Alliance’s commitment to continuously bring new and value-added services to its customers. The Customer Resource Center is provided at no cost to both new and existing Alliance Radiology customers that have an agreement of twelve months or more. Future enhancements to the Customer Resource Center will provide customers with real-time access to Patient Satisfaction information, Joint Commission compliance information, customer performance data, key industry updates, and additional applications.
