Alliance Radiology Launches New Marketing Resource for Customers

Alliance HealthCare Radiology (“Alliance Radiology”) recently announced the launch of its new Customer Resource Center website. This innovative customer solution, which places a robust set of marketing tools and resources at customers’ fingertips, reflects Alliance’s commitment to continuously bring new and value-added services to its customers. The Customer Resource Center is provided at no cost to both new and existing Alliance Radiology customers that have an agreement of twelve months or more.  Rich Jones, President of Alliance Imaging observes, “One of the greatest challenges in today’s competitive healthcare environment is how to grow market share.  Many of Alliance’s hospital partners have limited resources and tools available for marketing support. Future enhancements to the Customer Resource Center will provide customers with real-time access to Patient Satisfaction information, Joint Commission compliance information, customer performance data, key industry updates, and additional applications. This will be a significant step forward in how Alliance supports its customers into the future.
