Rhonda A. Longmore-GrundPRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Rhonda Longmore-Grund was named Chief Executive Officer of Alliance HealthCare Services in November 2018, after serving in the interim CEO role for several months. She has been with Alliance since 2016, originally serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Longmore-Grund joined Alliance with significant international and capital market experience and has successfully led organizations through strategic expansion and growth. Prior to Alliance, Ms. Longmore-Grund was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Printronix, a global provider of industrial print technology solutions serving Fortune 500 customers in mission critical manufacturing and supply chain applications in 100 countries. She has also served on the executive teams of Ingram Micro, Inc., Exult, Inc., Velocium (now owned by Northrop Grumman) and Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC). Ms. Longmore-Grund holds a Masters of Arts in Law and Diplomacy and International Business from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
William LarkinEXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
William Larkin joined Alliance HealthCare Services in June 2019 as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Larkin’s experience spans a diverse set of corporate environments ranging from entrepreneurial startups, high growth mid-caps and mature multi-billion enterprises. Prior to Alliance, he served as Chief Financial Officer of both public and privately held companies at Fuel Systems Solutions, Westport Innovations and SouthWest Dealer Services Inc. In each case, the companies were experiencing significant growth, expansion and change in operating complexities both in the U.S. and internationally. Mr. Larkin began his career as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche and is a veteran of the US Army; he has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.
Rich JonesPRESIDENT, ALLIANCE HEALTHCARE RADIOLOGY
Rich Jones was appointed President of Alliance Radiology in June 2012, after becoming its Executive Vice President in August 2011. He has been with Alliance since 1998, originally serving as Regional Operations Manager, then Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Operations for the North Zone, Senior Vice President of the North Zone and Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Jones held a number of leadership roles in Boston hospitals and the commercial healthcare sector. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Nazarene College.
Douglas McCrackenPRESIDENT, ALLIANCE HEALTHCARE ONCOLOGY
Doug McCracken was appointed president of Alliance Oncology in May 2019. He has been with Alliance since 2004, and has had extensive experience across the Alliance portfolio. Mr. McCracken previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Alliance Radiology. Prior to that role, he was a cross-division Senior Vice President with responsibilities in the Oncology and Interventional divisions, as well as operational start-up responsibilities with Alliance International. Mr. McCracken was also Vice President of Finance for the Radiology division for the first seven years of his tenure. Prior to joining the company, he served in a variety of leadership positions in the telecommunications and chemical industries. Mr. McCracken received his B.A. in Business from Michigan State University and M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University.
Steven M. Siwek, MDPRESIDENT, ALLIANCE INTERVENTIONAL – ARIZONA
Steven M. Siwek, M.D., joined Alliance through the 2015 acquisition of The Pain Center (TPC) of Arizona and services as President, Alliance Interventional – Arizona. As founder and CEO of The Pain Center, Dr. Siwek has focused the last 15 years of his medical career on building programs that set national standards for quality coordinated care in pain management. His multi-disciplinary and integrative approach to preventing, treating, and eliminating chronic pain is advancing the way in which interventional and pain management services are accessed and delivered nationwide. Dr. Siwek received his M.D. from the New York Medical College and completed his residency training at the Mayo Clinics in Rochester, Minneapolis, and Scottsdale, Arizona, and fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. In addition, he holds an M.B.A. from the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
Vinod K. Malik, MDPRESIDENT, ALLIANCE INTERVENTIONAL – FLORIDA
Vinod K. Malik, M.D., joined Alliance through the 2015 acquisition of PRC Associates and serves as President, Alliance Interventional – Florida. As founder and President of PRC Associates (now PRC Alliance Pain Relief Centers), Dr. Malik is focused on bringing the latest advancements in pain management to those who suffer from severe chronic pain conditions, and leads a team of pain specialists who are dedicated to relieving patients’ pain through exceptional, coordinated and compassionate care. Dr. Malik received his M.B.B.S. (M.D.) from the Medical College Rohtak, India and completed residencies in Anesthesiology at Metropolitan Hospital in New York and New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York, where he also completed his fellowship in Pain Medicine.
Richard W. JohnsCHIEF OPERATING OFFICER AND CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER
Richard W. Johns joined Alliance HealthCare Services in February 2012 and serves as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer. Mr. Johns’ legal career spans 30 years providing legal services to a variety of healthcare clients based in the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Alliance, he was General Counsel at LaVie Care Centers, a national long-term care company with revenues in excess of $1 billion annually, with approximately 19,000 employees caring for 13,000 residents. Prior to that, he served as a partner for over 10 years with the nationally recognized firm of Foley & Lardner, where he was instrumental in developing a national healthcare practice. Mr. Johns began his legal career working with various law firms in the Washington D.C. area and he holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California.
Laurie MillerCHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
Laurie Miller joined Alliance HealthCare Services in January 2013 and serves as Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Miller brings over 20 years of business experience to this role, having held senior human resources leadership positions for a variety of high tech companies. At gen-E, she was the Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for implementing their global HR strategic plan. Prior to this, she was the Senior Director of Change Enablement and Executive Director of Human Resources for Ingram Micro, where she led the North America HR function and a team of 60 HR professionals covering the US, Canada and Manila. Ms. Miller holds a B.A. from UCLA.
Prudence KuaiCHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
Prudence Kuai joined Alliance HealthCare Services in October of 2018 and serves as Chief Information Officer. Ms. Kuai brings more than 25 years of experience leading winning medical informatics and data science teams, including as CIO with Florida Blue, the largest health benefits company in Florida, as well as Arcadian Health, Wellpoint, Inc. and FHP International Corporation. In addition, Ms. Kuai has significant product management experience, having managed al in-market software products at TriZetto Group, a leading healthcare information technology company. Ms. Kuai received her B.S. and M.A. degrees in Mathematics from University of Texas, Arlington.
Gina M. BonicaDEPUTY GENERAL COUNSEL, CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Ms. Bonica joined Alliance in 2011 and serves as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Ms. Bonica oversees compliance and regulatory matters, supports the divisions in mitigating risk related to employee relations and patient/team member safety and oversees a variety of outside counsel who support Alliance. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Bonica was an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, NY, and a litigation partner at Kurland Bonica & Associates in New York City. Ms. Bonica holds her undergraduate degree from University of Albany (SUNY) and her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law.
Tracy WieseSENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF STRATEGY AND MARKETING OFFICER
Tracy Wiese joined Alliance HealthCare Services in June 2017 and serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. Ms. Wiese’s career spans more than 25 years of working in diverse industries and a variety of leadership roles, with a consistent focus on leading healthy organizational differentiation and performance. For four years prior to joining Alliance, Ms. Wiese was a partner at 3.2.1 LLC, a consulting group helping leaders and their teams define, plan and launch initiatives, where she focused on strategy, brand/identity, transition planning and implementation. Prior to 3.2.1, Ms. Wiese spent 11 years at Center for Diagnostic Imaging; she served in a number of leadership roles during her tenure including Senior Vice President of Management Services and Chief Marketing & Sales Officer. Ms. Wiese holds a B.A. from St. Olaf College.
Holly HusoSENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, SALES STRATEGY
Holly Huso, a seasoned sales executive, joined Alliance HealthCare Services in 2014 as its Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy. Ms. Huso has more than 25 years of demonstrated success leading sales teams to achieve profitable market share growth in heavily matrixed organizations. Her previous sales leadership experience includes integral roles at Mayo Clinic, Biologics and Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI). Ms. Huso has a long-standing record of successfully developing and growing organic sales programs that consistently grow volumes and revenue year over year, even during times of increasing regulatory pressures and a changing healthcare marketplace. She holds a B.A. in Education from North Dakota State University and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from North Carolina University, Raleigh.
