Rich Jones

Executive Vice President, Imaging Division
Rich Jones was appointed to Executive Vice President of the Imaging Division in August 2011. He has been with Alliance since 1996, originally serving as Regional Operations Manager, then Vice President of Business Development, then Vice President of Operations for the North zone, then Senior Vice President of the North zone, and then as Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Jones held a number of leadership roles in hospitals and the commercial healthcare sector.

Joseph Spratt

Senior Vice President of National Sales
Joseph Spratt joined Alliance in February 2005 as an Area Sales Manager and held numerous senior leadership positions with the company before his appointment to Senior Vice President of National Sales in September 2010. Mr. Spratt has more than 14 years of healthcare consulting experience in diagnostic imaging and physician-based practice development. Prior to joining Alliance, he co-founded the Monarch Group of Pennsylvania, a consulting firm that worked closely with large, multiple-specialty physician groups and with public imaging companies. Prior to consulting, Mr. Spratt held leadership positions with such organizations as Integrative Health Systems, the Village at Newtown Medical Center, the Medical Center of Richboro and Service Employees International Union. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business information systems and accounting from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.

Michael S. Tuccio

Senior Vice President of Professional Radiology Services
Michael Tuccio was appointed to Senior Vice President of Professional Radiology Services in April 2011. Prior to his promotion, he held the position of Senior Vice President of New Business, a role he assumed in October 2008. He also served as Senior Vice President of Alliance Imaging’s North zone for more than a decade. Mr. Tuccio started his career in the diagnostic imaging industry more than 38 years ago, marketing Picker Corporation’s nuclear, ultrasound and clinical lab products. In 1980, he went to work for Corometrics Medical Systems and expanded his career to include sales for medical products as well as marketing, holding the positions of Director of Marketing Services, Eastern Regional Sales Manager, and Mid Atlantic Director of Sales. In January 1994, he joined Mobile Technology, Inc. (MTI) where he led the Northeast region. He joined Alliance in March of 1998 as part of Alliance’s acquisition of MTI.

Rob Baughman

Vice President of Marketing
Rob Baughman was appointed to Vice President of Marketing for both Alliance Imaging and Alliance Oncology in September 2011. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Marketing for Alliance Oncology. Mr. Baughman’s background includes more than 13 years of leadership experience in marketing within the oncology and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Alliance in June 2010, Mr. Baughman held marketing leadership positions at US Oncology and Oncure Medical Corp. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Denver.
